Hi! I’m Staci, the owner of Postpartum Bliss.

Despite always feeling the desire to work with families postpartum, I initially settled into a career working with young infants in the child care field. During this time, I connected with many families and learned most did not have the support or guidance they needed during their fourth trimester. I am a trained postpartum doula and advanced newborn care specialist. To offer my families the very best support and care, I continuously attend trainings and am working towards becoming a certified lactation consultant.

The fourth trimester often comes with challenges. My approach is to offer you evidence-based options so you feel confident making the right choices to meet your needs. I acknowledge that every family is different and we will work together to create a postpartum plan for you. The first few months of life with a newborn may be one of your biggest transitions in life and I am here to make the time a little more peaceful. My ultimate goal as your postpartum doula is to share my positivity and knowledge to leave you feeling calm and confident.

Some fun facts about your doula:

– I am originally from Long Island, NY. My husband, fur babies and I moved to the Charlotte area early in 2020.

-Mommy to one sweet baby!

– We love to be outdoors. We enjoy weekend hiking/camping trips in the mountains and trips to the ocean.

– When I have a little down time, you can find me reading a book or checking out our local breweries/ wineries.

– I love yoga.
