What does virtual support cover?
- Feeding support: Breast/chest feeding, formula, breast pump, bottle feeding, sanitizing, storage
- Postpartum support: Recovery, pain, healing, self care and challenges
- Birth story processing
- Sleep tips for baby: Safe sleep, developing bedtime routine
- Newborn care: feeding/sleep cues, bathing, diapering, bonding, babywearing
- Organization/ nursery must haves
- Planning for your return to work: pumping & childcare
- Assistance with local resources
- Any additional questions of concerns
Each package inclues:
1 to 2 hour zoom session
Additional 30 minute to 1 hour zoom session before baby arrives
Unlimited text and email support throughout the package length
*Sessions must be used within three months of purchase
